REFUND POLICY

Animal ID strives to ensure clear understanding of financial relations between Users and the Platform with respect to the Services we provide through our Platform on the Website.

Please read it carefully before making a payment as it determines your rights with regard to your purchases, including essential restrictions and exclusions.

In this Refund Policy “Animal ID”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Animal ID.

In this Refund Policy “you”, “your”, “user” and “User” means User of the Platform.

Please refer to other definitions in the Terms of Use.

Paid Subscription

When Profile was registered User may purchase additional services for his/her pet’s profile available in its Profile (Premium Subscription), for the purposes described in Terms of Use.

Paid Subscription has tariff plans, which depend on the length of  Premium Subscription (monthly or annual) and quantity of pets, and  are established on the Website.

Paid Subscription may be purchased only after User has registered his and pet’s Profile on the Platform.

User may also activate autocharge for the Paid Subscription or to turn it off.

User’s transaction on the Platform

For purchasing QR ID pet tag and collars for QR ID pet tag (may be purchased separately) User is to pay a price established on the Website. Price may be changed depending on location, and also depending on its design. Payment may be made by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express atc.) directly on the website through the service of a third party payment provider LiqPay, PayPal, Stripe.

Cancellation of Service

You may cancel a QR ID pet tag order 2 hours after you have made a purchase and before the production of QR ID pet tag has began, by contacting support team at support@animal-id.net.  In this case you may choose another QR ID pet tag. You may use this option of cancellation for 1 time only. After when you pick another QR ID pet tag you will be charged accordingly.

You may cancel a Paid Subscription whenever you decide unless you have not used additional services for your pet’s profile.

Change of a QR ID pet tag

In case you decided to use your right to change a QR ID pet tag after the first try, you can only do this not more than 1 (one) time. In case you decide to change QR ID pet tag more than 2 (two) times, the next first try with any other new QR ID pet tag should be paid.

If QR ID pet tag was not delivered to you for more than 2 month (lost while delivering), we will guarantee you a free one that you'll choose on the Website, but only in case the QR ID pet tag is proved it was lost. This option is available only once.

If QR ID pet tag was damaged or otherwise defective, or was delivered with damage, and you need to prove it, we will definitely make a change for a new one available on the Website. This option is available only once.

Refunds

Please be aware that  QR ID pet tag may not be refunded as they are produced as an individual order.

To make a refund for a collar you need to return it not damaged and previously not used within 14 (fourteen) days  following the payment date.

 

Please be advised that Animal ID is not responsible for any damages, which may occur during the delivery.

The refund will include only price for QR ID pet tag. No additional funds as cost of delivery, bank commissions etc. are subject to refund.

In case you chose a refund option, its speed and availability of refunded funds on your bank account will depend solely from the terms and policies of your bank regarding the speed of transactions.

In case you choose the return option and change for another QR ID pet tag under the above mentioned conditions, the delivery costs are at your expense.

Your refund may be issued only once. If you buy another QR ID pet tag at a later time, it will not be subject to the same refund request.

To make a refund for a Paid Subscription you need to be sure (i) you didn’t enjoy any of the privileges (features) you were provided to your Profile through the Paid Subscription, and/or (ii) the privileges (features) were not accessible or available. In case you fall within one of the above criteria a refund may be issued only within 14 (fourteen) days  following the payment date.

 

No refund will be issued in case the user has lost and/or forgot his/her login credentials (username and passwords), which has resulted in loss of data, temporary loss of access to the User's account or any other inconveniences for the user.

No refund will be issued in case the user did not adhere to the terms of use of a QR ID pet tag available at attached instruction to the parcel (i.e. incorrect date of place of scanning as the GPS on a device was turned off).

No refund will be issued in case the user has lost connection due to the absence of Internet access, factory reset or updates.

No refund will be issued and no return made to the individual design of the QR ID pet tag.

Refund Procedure

You are required to send your refund request at support@animal-id.net.

The refund decision shall be made up to 30 calendar days.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any refunds at any time are at our sole discretion only.

Chargeback Related

In the event of a chargeback by a credit card company (or similar action by another payment provider allowed by us) in connection with your purchase of the QR ID pet tag, you agree that we may suspend access to any and all accounts you have with us.

Fees, incurred as the result of chargebacks or other payment disputes brought by you, your bank, or a payment provider, and disputes that require accounting or legal services shall be covered by you.

Deletion of Profile

You may request to delete your Profile at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.

In case Animal ID shall suspend or terminate your Profile because of breach of any of our policies, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for QR ID pet tag or any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.

Payments and Taxes

Available payment methods through our Services are:

  • PayPal
  • LiqPay
  • Stripe

Financial information is collected only  by the third party payment providers as LiqPay, PayPal and Stripe, that receives payment details.

Users will be liable for all transaction fees re QR ID pet tag related to the delivery and consumption of services through our Website.

 

Registering to become a user of Animal ID is free. Parties are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with delivery and consumption of QR ID pet tag and any related services through our Website, as well as for using the tools with a valid payment method. We charge Users only fees for QR ID pet tag, collars and Paid Subscription.

 

Other

Animal ID is not a bank or any type of a financial institution, we do not provide any financial services or advice. Any payments made via our Platform are made solely for the purpose of consumption and delivery of QR ID pet tag. Such payments may not be made and used for any fraudulent, criminal or illegal activity as defined by the law.

The exchange rates provided on our Website do not always reflect the real market situation for a specified date. Such exchange rates are provided for the comparative and informational purposes only in order to help you get the best possible Services on our Website. In order to get the real exchange rates on a specific date, please, advise your bank or any other official financial institution.

Changes to Refund Policy

We may amend this Refund policy from time to time by posting the updated policy on our Website. By continuing to use our Website after the changes come into effect means that you agree to be bound by the revised policy. You are advised to check for the latest version on a regular basis.
